Don’t Miss Important Emails — How to Add Emails to Your Safe Sender List

May 16, 2025

How to ensure you don't miss important emails

Are important emails going to your spam folder? You’re not alone. Email providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo try to filter out junk — but sometimes, they block messages you actually want, like appointment reminders, invoices, or service updates.

To make sure you never miss a message, just add the company domain(s) to your safe sender list (also called a whitelist). For example, our domains are topcity.tech and topcity.online.

Add The Domain:

@topcity.tech

Here’s How to Do It:

Gmail (Google Mail)

  1. Open Gmail
  2. Click the gear icon → “See all settings”
  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
  4. Click Create a new filter
  5. In the “From” field, type: @topcity.tech
  6. Click Create filter
  7. Check Never send it to Spam
  8. Click Create filter again

Outlook (Microsoft)

  1. Go to Outlook.com
  2. Click the gear icon → “View all Outlook settings”
  3. Go to Mail → Junk email
  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
  5. Type topcity.tech and click Enter
  6. Click Save

Yahoo Mail

  1. Click the Settings gear → More Settings
  2. Go to Filters → Add new filters
  3. Name it “Top City Tech”
  4. Set “From” contains @topcity.tech
  5. Choose folder: Inbox
  6. Click Save
